npm install
npm run setup     # prompts for keys, writes .env.local, runs migrations
npm run doctor    # confirms every service answers

What setup asks for

- Supabase: project URL, anon key, service role key - Stripe: secret key, publishable key, webhook secret, one or more price IDs - AI: a key for at least one of Anthropic, OpenAI or Google - App URL and support email Use Stripe and Supabase test keys while you build. Everything runs on your machine.

Then

- Edit config/site.js for your name, copy, features and pricing - Pick a vibe and primary colour in config/theme.js - Run npm run audit before you push anything If you work with a coding agent, point it at CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md. It will walk you through the same steps.
